Each hotel maintains a dedicated sustainability team implementing initiatives ranging from Le Bristol Paris's in-house artisanal ateliers – including a chocolate factory, flour mill, and cheese aging cellar – to L'Apogée Courchevel's environmental partnership with France Nature Environnement.
