Chandmana Erdene

Chandmana Erdene is a long-term community initiative established by Eternal Landscapes DMC to create meaningful employment pathways within Mongolia's tourism sector. The programme focuses on skills training for women, many of whom have limited access to formal education or employment, equipping them to work confidently as part of the company's travel team.

The initiative's impact extends beyond gender equality as it also offers opportunities for older men who may have been excluded from the workforce or affected by social stigma, with roles that draw on local knowledge and lived experience. Chandmana Erdene reflects Eternal Landscapes' broader commitment to slower, more considered tourism in Mongolia, where economic benefit is shared locally and partnerships are built with care.
