Season Bridge supports Mongolia's tourism workers through the long off-season gap. Led by people deeply rooted in the destination, this new initiative offers small grants, training, mentoring and internships to help workers build skills and more stable livelihoods year-round. Working with local businesses, NGOs and social enterprises, they create practical opportunities that retain talent and strengthen tourism's resilience. The next phase for this newly-established project is to expand training, placements and income-generating projects.
