Ela Hughes, Community Manager

Ela supports the growth and connection of our global member community, helping to ensure members feel welcomed, listened to, and well supported as part of the Foundation. She plays a key role in building relationships, encouraging peer connection, and shaping a strong sense of community as our network continues to grow.

With a background in people and culture roles across the travel and creative sectors, Ela brings a thoughtful, inclusive approach to engagement and member experience. She has worked with global, remote teams and is particularly experienced in creating environments where people feel valued and involved, wherever they are in the world. Closely aligned with the Foundation’s values, Ela helps to ensure our community remains connected, responsive, and member-led as we grow.
